How do I receive my e-ticket after booking?

Your e-ticket will be sent instantly to the email address provided during booking. You will need to print it or show the digital copy at the check-in counter at the harbor.

What is included in the ticket price?

The price generally includes the fast boat trip and government levy fees. Most operators also include FREE pick-up and drop-off service in selected areas of Bali (e.g., Kuta, Seminyak, Sanur, Ubud center). Please check the specific route details.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes, changes and cancellations are possible but are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective fast boat operator. Please contact our customer service team with your booking reference as soon as possible.

What documents do I need for check-in?

You only need your printed or digital e-ticket and a valid photo ID (KTP/Passport) for verification.

How long does the trip from Bali to Gili Islands take?

The journey time varies depending on the harbor. From Padang Bai (the shortest route), it takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. From Serangan or Sanur, it can take 2.5 to 3.5 hours.

Are the fast boats safe?

Yes. We only partner with reputable operators whose boats are equipped with international-standard safety features, including life jackets, navigation tools, and certified crews.

Is there a luggage allowance?

Typically, passengers are allowed one piece of checked luggage (up to 25kg) and one small hand carry-on bag per person free of charge. Excess baggage may incur a small fee.

Do the boats have air conditioning and toilets?

Most modern fast boats are equipped with air conditioning, comfortable seating, and onboard toilet facilities.

Is hotel pick-up included in the ticket?

For many routes departing from Bali, a complimentary hotel pick-up service is included for central tourist areas (e.g., Seminyak, Kuta, Ubud, Canggu). Please note, remote areas or specific regions may incur an extra charge.

What time will the pick-up be?

Pick-up time is usually between 1.5 to 2 hours before the scheduled boat departure time. The exact time will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp one day prior to your departure.

Is the transport to the harbor private or shared?

The complimentary transport is typically a shared shuttle service (minibus or coach). If you prefer a private, dedicated transfer, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

What happens if the transport is late?

While rare, traffic in Bali can be unpredictable. If your transport is significantly delayed, please contact the provided transport number immediately. The boat operator will ensure you make your scheduled departure.
